Meet the Team
Kevin McGraw
is the co-founder and co-managing member of KM Capital Management LLC. He has the primary responsibility of negotiating and structuring the company’s new investments and strategic directions. Mr. McGraw finished school from the University of Cincinnati and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio.
Kevin Moeller
is the co-founder and co-managing member of KM Capital Management LLC. He has the primary responsibility of sourcing, negotiating, and overseeing the firm’s new investments. Mr. McGraw and Mr. Moeller have bought and sold one to four residential and various commercial properties in Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Florida, and New Jersey.
Both were former managing members of Hilton Capital Group and K&K Renovations LLC. They have spent years helping to build these companies into two of the most respected private real estate investment companies in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Dan Lello
is the senior vice president of KM Capital Management LLC. His responsibilities include deal underwriting, structuring, due diligence managing, and asset managing.
In addition, Mr. Lello is a principal at APD Capital Associates LLC—an opportunistic real estate investment and asset management firm that focuses on portfolio management in the Eastern United States. He also handles asset workouts.
Bob Dressman
is a senior advisor at KM Capital Management LLC. He serves on the advisory board and helps with the company’s senior management with strategic guidance, public relations, marketing, governmental affairs, and investor relations.
In a span of only three years, Mr. Dressman graduated summa cum laude from Miami University with an honors degree in Economics. He is the former president of Cincinnati Real Estate Investors Association and currently leads a mentoring group for CREIA.
In addition to his career story, Readers Digest featured him as a successful young entrepreneur. He has purchased and rehabbed more than 400 houses, made 100 plus hard money loans, and presently owns and manages more than 200 real estate units.
